Moments of Truth =Topaz, Saeka=

[/b][/color] He smiled and looked to all the faces, "We have been together for years now and our chance is here. Let's grab it and take it. Remember the lyrics, dance moves and lets have fun!"

The group of men huddled together and yelled out 'fighting'. They then broke and each went separate ways for the remaining time. Lixu got his bottle of water and took a drink, then suddenly his mind wandered to where it shouldn't have gone. He thought back to the mall scene where he told everyone his news of debut coming early and how Luna was using him. Topaz was angry with him and had a feeling that he wouldn't come to watch his debut. But Lixu still left tickets for him whether or not he came. Lixu didn't care if his best friend sold all the rest of them but as long as he kept one and came.

Then it was actually time. Lixu looked up and a fellow member was looking at him, it was Donghai. Donghai smiled at him and asked, "You alright man?" Lixu put his water bottle down and stood up. He pat Donghai's shoulder and said, "Yea. I will be... hopefully." The member nodded and then said, "Looks like they are ready for us. You ready?" Lixu smiled and answered, "More than ever. I've waited my whole life for this." Donghai couldn't resist and said back, "Me too. Let's kill them." Lixu left Donghai's side, Donghai followed and finally the rest of the group waited together in the wings. The lights went up, the host came out and said, "It's time to introduce the next band. These boys will go far in the future I can tell. Everyone! Give it up for, Super Junior M!"

Lixu grinned and began to walk out to the stage. The other six members followed their leader: Donghai, Han Geng, Shiyuan, Guixian, Henry, and Zhou Mi. They all waved and bowed to the roaring crowd. Lixu was the one to speak up first and said, "Thank you everyone! Please watch over us in the future! We wish to bring you great music in the future. We are in your hands!" He looked to the rest of the members and finally they all introduced themselves individually. Then after that they all said in unison, "We are Super Junior M!" Then they set up for their first song and then the moment of truth began. They sang and danced to their first single called 'U'. Lixu had finally made his dreams come true. They were going to be huge. Lixu only hoped he could have shared it with his best friend tonight. But the possibilities were slim, as Lixu thought.[/ul][/size]

[Topaz Fontain]

Topaz stood in the crowd off to the side. He could still see the stage perfectly. As well as the fact he didnt like standing in crowds much. They could get really annoying when they all leapt for the stage at once. So he stood off to the side with Saeka. Perfect view, with no cramped spaces. Perfect 'seats' for Topaz.

Since his talk with Luna, light had been shed on the situation. He had realised how much flirting with Saeka in front of his face had hurt him. He hadnt know Lixu had a crush on her. If he had know he would of never of done that. So he was here to set things right today. He had even bought Saeka along as a little suprise. He had managed to keep it a secret as to why they were here. He looked to her and then shook his head before she could ask again, "You will find out why we are here in a moment..." Topaz said with a smile. Just as he said that the lights dimmed and someone stepped out onto the stage and took a microphone.

Turning his head from Saeka and to the stage. As Lixu's band were introduced he didnt cheer or clap he just gazed at the stage. He knew Lixu was good, he didnt know about all the other members. So for now he didnt cheer. The crowd erupted into applause and cheers though. First he saw Lixu step out and start talking to the crowd introducing themselves to the crowd indavidually before shouting in unison their band name. Another reason why he hadnt gone to the seats that Lixu got for them, he would know where they were. Topaz wanted to have the element of complete suprise. Also he assumed that Lixu thought he wouldnt be coming because of their arguements.

As they began to sing Topaz watched in silence. Towards the end he was smiling. He was proud of his friend. When that song was finished, he definetly did applause then he cheered also. However he knew that Lixu wouldnt look over here to find him. So he still had the second element of suprise. They thanked the audidence before moving onto their second song. The last one of the night. He was really happy for his friend. He had finally accomplished what he worked so hard for. At the end of the last song he erupted into applause again and then quieted down. Soon then said that was the end. Debut concerts were only small. The crowd were not happy and wanted an encore.

The band however had to refuse and then left the stage, "Come on. Lets go.." Topaz said making his way around towards backstage, "Hopefully this works. As I dont have backstage passes..." Topaz said as he stepped and sure enough there were security who asked for their passes, "We dont have one. I'm here to see my best friend." Topaz stated

However the secrurity guards werent having any of it and regretably they also recognised him from that small day at the concert back in Haushi. When he had punched Lixu out of anger. He couldnt beileve this. Oh so now his friend was a superstar, he couldnt get angry at him. Even when he deserved a punch he wasnt allowed to hit him now. He grumbled to himself and then shouted, "Im here to see my best friend, Lixu Zhang. I dont give a shit weather I hit him or not. He totally deserved that. Plus if you dont let me in, I'm getting to see him eventually." Topaz said becuase they were roommates after all. The secrurity guard didnt seem pleased but then reluctantly let him through with a thorough body search so he wasnt carrying anything that could possibly hurt the band members.

Topaz grumbled to Saeka, "That was just ridiculous. But it worked." He said to her. It was ridiculous. Like he was going to kill his best friend. He wouldnt of bothered with the effort to get behind backstage. Looking around he seen one last member step inside of a large room at the end. People with passes were waiting in a seperate room. He could hear them getting all excited about everything and he just smiled and then opened the door even if he wasnt allowed in here, he didnt care. He was seeing his best friend weather the other members liked it or not. When the door was opened with a little slam the chatter instantly died and he spotted his best friend easiyl out of the crowd, "Hey, Superstar. Thanks for the tickets but they were lacking in backstage passes. The trouble that I went through to get back here to see you..." Topaz said with a grin. He was putting up an appearance for the rest of the group, "Think you could spare time for one of your old friends?" Topaz asked him his face light hearted, his eyes however said a different story. He was completely serious but wasnt trying to be angry at him otherwise he would get thrown out.

[Saeka Tanaka]

Saeka was surprised when Topaz had asked her to come to Beijing to come listen to Lixu's first big performance. She was more then happy to come a long but she was still surprised. The terms that Lixu and Topaz were at was not exactly perfect. However she was glad that Topaz had decided to come to this concert. It meant he was willing to try and patch things up with Lixu. She was not sure exactly the details of all that went down. She had no idea that Topaz had spoken with Luna to hear her side of the story. That part Saeka was completely left in the dark for. She smiled as she glanced towards the stage. They were not mixed up with the crowd which suited Saeka just fine. She did not like the idea of being in a crowd that would just rush the stage should some people start pushing. Personally Saeka did not want to be knocked over and trampled because of that. So this standing off on the side suited her just fine as well.

Saeka pulled on Topaz's sleeve once again before opening her mouth to ask him again why they were here. She could not help but feel there was more to being here then just seeing Lixu's performance for support. Seeing that she was just going to ask again Topaz quickly told her the simple words that she will see later. She sighed as she shook her head, "you like to keep me guessing. It drives me crazy when you do that," Saeka said with a light smile. Saeka soon turned her attention towards the stage. The lights had dimmed and someone had stepped out on the stage to introduce the band. Saeka smiled lightly as she put her hands together interlacing her fingers. She had not really heard Lixu's band play but she had heard him sing before. Saeka had a feeling they were in for a treat.

Saeka smiled as the crowd started to get loud when the band had finally walked out on the stage. "There's Lixu," Saeka pointed out as she smiled. It was easy to spot the red haired singer. Not to mention she did not know any of the other members. Saeka forgot how loud crowds could get at concerts. Saeka was happy for Topaz's friend who was living his dream. She knew he was going to be able to make it big. She was not wrong when she had complemented him on his singing back in Haushi. She was correct about his voice. He had a voice that carried well and was pleasant to listen to. Saeka glanced towards Topaz smiling. She was glad to see that Topaz was smiling. She had seen him a few times the last little while. He didn't see her but she did notice him. He did not look good what so ever. She was glad that he could still be happy for his friend.

When the debut concert was over Saeka quickly jumped up and down cheering. She clapped her hands together as she smiled brightly. "Lixu and his band are awesome," Saeka said. She was quite excited and glad that she came here with Topaz to listen. Saeka soon heard Topaz say that it was time for them to go. She nodded her head as she followed him. She grabbed his hand to help keep close to him as they moved to where the back stage would be located. "Lixu didn't give you back stage passes?" Saeka asked as she sighed shaking her head. She knew this was not going to be easy getting past the guards. She knew that they would not let just anyone through to the back stage. After all for all the knew they could be some crazy fans trying to meet the band or something.

Soon it was going to be put to the test to see if Topaz could get them both past the guards. Saeka was going to leave this up to Topaz for he would be the one who can talk them right on past. Saeka furrowed her eye brows together as Topaz started to yell at the guards who were not letting them pass. They were just doing their job after all but they did want past to go congratulate Lixu after all. At least that is what she thought they were going back stage to do. "Please," Saeka asked the guard as she smiled at him lightly. She really just wanted to get on through. After the guard did some thinking he had reluctantly let them pass. "Thank you," Saeka said as she smiled at the guards waving her fingers lightly. She was glad that they let them pass when they had ever right not to. They did not have back stage passes and Topaz had hit Lixu and it seems the guard remembered that.

"Next time you should try to get back stage passes," Saeka said with a light smirk. She was glad they were able to get pass but it was a bit of a hassle to get through. At least she knew the guards were doing their jobs properly. Saeke followed Topaz as he walked past everyone in till he opened up the door that lead to where the band was hanging out after their concert. All went quiet when the door had opened. She smiled lightly when Topaz started to address his friend. Saeka smiled as she laughed lightly. Saeka stepped out from behind Topaz as she waved towards Lixu. "Great job," she congratulated. She did not care what others thought she quickly ran over to Lixu standing up on her toes before placing a kiss on the side of Lixu's cheek in greeting. "Didn't I say your voice will carry you far," Saeka said with a bright smile.

Soon the songs were over. Along with their debut. SJ-M was officially a band in the public spotlight. After this, the next couple of weeks was going to be nothing but traveling around China and going on various TV shows: talk shows, variety shows and news channels. Sales were going to go up and SJ-M was going to become the top performers in China, they were going to be everywhere. Lixu couldn't believe that this was happening. His ultimate dream was coming true. Everything he wanted was coming at this moment. He only could hope that his best friend was in the audience cheering him on somewhat. What he didn't know was that Topaz was. But just not in the seats that Lixu reserved for him.

After thanking the audience and taking a deep bow, Super Junior-M left the stage and was soon surrounded by managers and people that made this possible for the group of seven teens. They were given water bottles, hugs, pats on the back and many congrats. Lixu merely smiled and thanked them but went with the rest of the members to their dressing room with conjoining living room. Lixu went straight to a couch and sat down. The rest of the members went their seperate ways but still celebrated. They chatted and Lixu remained aside. The other members noticed and began to try to get him into conversation. It worked for a little while until two unexpected guests came.

Lixu stood up as he heard the voice, he also turned around and stared right at Topaz. But a small grin was showing on the singers voice, "Sorry I didn't think you you would want the backstage passes. Then again I know how you love to smash into a good party." Lixu then saw her pop up from behind Topaz. He lifted his hand and merely waved sadly because he was shocked she was here. Then suddenly she ran up and gave him a kiss on his cheek. Lixu took hold of her arms and gave a light squeeze to them and smiled, "You did. Thank you for that encouragement. And thank you for coming." He looked to her and then to Topaz. He wanted to talk. Lixu dropped his hands from Saeka's arms and looked into Topaz's eyes. He was serious but Lixu knew this day had to come. Lixu nodded and walked up to Topaz, "Sure."

He began to walk and looked to the other members, "I'll be back soon. Ah, everyone this is my best friend, Topaz, and this is Saeka. Please be nice to her while me and Topaz talk," He glared at the other members, "Don't scare her off." What Lixu really meant was 'don't touch her' and luckily the other members got the message. Lixu then walked with Topaz to another dressing room that had a living room. He sat down on the couch and rested his elbows on his knees, "Look man. Thanks for coming I thought you wouldn't, in all honesty. But I'm glad you did." Lixu shook his head and ran his hand through his hair, "And I guess it's time to get onto that topic. First off I want to say sorry." Lixu looked to his best friend, his eyes saying that he truly was sorry and wanted forgiveness. But it was the only way for Topaz to realize his feelings for Luna was still there and that he still wanted to be with her. It was a job that Lixu didn't enjoy because it made his best friend angry. But a best friend has to do whatever it takes to give happiness back to that person.[/ul][/size]

[Topaz Fontain]

Topaz listened to their last song. It was a short concert. He only came to see them. He didnt bother to see the main band sing. He was more intrested in his friends group. Soon as the second song was over they stayed to cheer and then headed out the back, to attempt to get backstage. The secruirty gave him a hard time. What was Topaz going to do? Hit him? Again? Maybe. This convosation could go pretty badly. He couldnt promise he could keep his anger in check when it came to Luna. It was not likely though. The talk with Luna shed some light on this situation. So he understood a little more. He was still angry, just no where near a much. Topaz smiled at Saeka saying next time he sould get the passes, "I will. Beileve me..."

When they had eventually passed the security he seen some of the members go into the dressing room. Topaz greeted him like he usually would however with a little twist. He was starting to get more famous after all. Of course he wouldnt continue to use the nickname but he would for now, "That I do. It wasnt that hard." Even though that was a lie in trying to get through, he managed it anyway. Usually no one will let you through without any passes to get backstage. Topaz smiled down at Saeka when she popped out from behind his back. She ran over to Lixu to give him a kiss on the cheek and Topaz just smiled but didnt look at Lixu. He waited a few moment before he broke it up by asking Lixu if he wanted to talk. Topaz wanted to put it behind him and he was sure Lixu did as well. Soon he said sure and Topaz smiled in his direction. Still waiting in the doorway.

As Lixu made his way over to him and Topaz waited patiently. Lixu then introduced them both to the rest of his group and he smiled and waved. He would meet and greet properly later. For now he just wanted to get this over with. Topaz caught his little glare and he stiffled a laugh at Lixu's under cover message Topaz then looked to Saeka with a little wink he said, "Be good..." He hadnt quite broke the news to her yet. Saeka was the only one left and wanted to break it off with her face to face. All the rest he dumped by phone or email. Saeka and him had been friends for a long time. Even during the time when Luna and him were dating before. He was trying to be as normal as Saeka as possible, even though he hated to around Lixu. Now that he knew. Topaz followed Lixu in silence when they had eventually walked through into a seperate room. Stepping in the room Topaz looked around the room and then found a mini bar and went to get himself a drink.

Topaz listened to what he was saying as he was pouring himself a drink. Once he had one he went back and collapsed in the seat opposite Lixu. When he finished Topaz then spoke up. He wasnt going to lie to his friend. He had actually put their small waste bin in their room. Thankfully it hadnt got anything else in it so he just got them back out again, "I won't lie to you. I wasnt going to come at all." Topaz said with a straight face and poked the ice in his drink. He knew he was being hurtful but reallly he was always honest with him. Weather it hurt or not Topaz took a sip of his drink. He listened to what Lixu said when he was apologising, "I really hated you, you know. Regardless of your reasons behind everything, didnt justify you sneaking around with Luna. At least thats what it looked like to me..." Topaz said. Lixu could handle himself. He could handle a few nasty remarks, "I still think your an asshole, but you, my friend should of told me about Saeka." Topaz said turning the entire thing around, "Why didnt you tell me? Most of this could of been avoided. If I knew, you should know I would stop seeing her. But instead you let me flirt around with her when you were probably just wanting to kill me for it..." Topaz said getting a little pissed off at the fact his own best friend hadnt told him this. Topaz said finishing his drink and then lay it on the table and looked at Lixu squarely with raised eyebrows. He wanted to know why. He had eventually figured it out with a few hints from Luna.

Saeke smiled as she watched the last song that Lixu's group was going to be playing tonight. The blond haired girl was quite happy that Topaz took her along to go see his friend play. Saeka was not lying back when she first heard Lixu sing that one day. She had mentioned that his voice will take him far. She knew he had a good voice from the little bit that she heard. She was glad that she was not incorrect about that. Saeka had cheered Lixu's group on as many who were watching the concerts that were going to be played today. Saeka smiled as she looked to Topaz. The two of them soon had started to head to where they could get back stage to maybe be able to get back there to see Lixu. It had been a while since Saeka had last seen Lixu so she was excited about being able to congratulate him for this concert. He has come so far. When they had problems with the security Saeka had mentioned to Topaz when they had finally gotten through that next time he should get the back stage passes.

Soon the two of them had found where the band was hiding backstage. Topaz had greeted Lixu using a little nickname since he had finally made his first big appearance in the music world. Saeka had quickly moved out from behind Topaz running over to Lixu kissing him on the cheek before congratulating him. Soon Lixu had grabbed her arms giving them a light squeeze. She smiled towards the little super star. "You shouldn't thank me for coming. Thank Topaz for taking me along is more like it," Saeka said with a smile. Soon Topaz had mentioned that he needed to talk to Lixu. Saeka was a little sad that the two of them needed to walk away but she was going to let them talk. She was aware of their little friendship problem. Not the fine details but she just knew that the two of them were having a bit of problems with one another. Soon Lixu had introduced her to the other members of the band quickly and warned them about scaring her off before moving to another room so he and Topaz could talk. Saeka smirked lightly at Topaz's comment telling her to behave, "I always do," Saeka said as she gave him a wink in return.

Once the two had left to the other room Saeka turned her attention towards the other members of the band. She had not really met them before only meeting Lixu. Soon one of the members passed Saeka something to drink and the group had invited her to sit down with them as she waited for Topaz and Lixu to return. She smiled taking a seat. She had started to pick up a conversation with a couple of members of the band. However her eyes kept drifting back towards the door to see if Topaz and Lixu had returned yet. She was not sure how long they were going to be talking but she knew that the two of them most likely really needed this talk. The serious look on Topaz's face had stated it all that it was something serious that they needed to talk about. Saeka was not going to step into that one. Instead she would just wait out here and talk with the other band members. She smiled as she spoke with them. Lixu had a nice group with him here. This was the first time she had heard the other members play as well so she had made sure to encourage them as well.
