At first glance many would not agree that Arihiro was even capable of running an whole private school. The young headmaster does not seem at all serious. He is a fun loving kind of guy and that sure does show in front of everyone around him. Arihiro is always joking around and does not seem to know any boundaries of no touch nature. He is always more then happy to put his arm around your shoulders or hug you randomly. Arihiro is just an overly friendly guy. Some often question why he is even in office and many wonder how he even landed the job with his nature.

Even though Arihiro is not very much on the serious side there is still a serious side to him. You see his fun loving nature is some sort of act that he puts on in front of those around him. However he has no control or even where his fun nature comes from. He likes to put on a smile when in front of someone and act they way he does. Arihiro does have a calm middle ground. This is when you will see the more normal type to be in this position that he is in. Arihiro is more serious when like this and not many people see this side of him come out. Unless he happens to trust them or he needs to be serious as he does in some situations with the job that he has.

Arihiro has a bit of a nasty temper to him that has caused him to blow his top a few times. When he does loose his temper more often then not something gets broken. Of course he does not harm another person. He has more self control then that. Just some objects might get in his way of his angry. To push him to the point that he looses his temper really depends on his mood on that day. Some days it is easier then others to push him over the edge. After he has lost his temper he most certainly always feels guilty about loosing his temper. Even a bit on the ashamed side. He does not like loosing his temper and does not really know how to control it to some degree.

Arihiro is a rather insightful man. He is someone who observes those around him. He likes to be able to guess one's behavior. It is a little habit of his that he has not been able to shake. Arihiro is someone who has some wisdom to him even though he is still considered rather young yet. For his friends he has often been one who hands out advice. Even to some of his students he hands out some advice. Especially during assemblies. He adores assemblies he always tries to make them as entertaining as he can make them.



^History:

Arihiro was the first born of the three children that his parents had. When Arihiro was eight years old that was when his siblings were born. Twins. One girl and one boy. Arihiro was old enough to understand what new babies in the house meant. At first Arihiro was rather annoyed with the amount of times those two seemed to cry during the middle of the night. It almost seemed like they got each other going. Arihiro did not like the fact he could not really run around and play with them yet because they were too small. The age different between him and his siblings was a great one so there was a good chance that they might not be able to play well together. However Arihiro was determined to try and help a little bit at least. He was smart for his age so he understood things a little better. Not to mention he had patients that really helped him through the starting ages of his two baby siblings.

As Arihiro continued to move through life as an student he had grown to have a lot of friends. Arihiro was an huge people's person and people just seemed to adore and love him going through school. Arihiro was part of the popular group when he was in high school. He was a great basketball star in his school so he got attention on him for the sports that he played. Arihiro seemed to bask in the attention that he received from everyone. Arihiro had a wonderful girl friend who was the head flute player in the school band. Arihiro thought she was the girl of his dreams. He found her to be beautiful and such a perfect girl. He saw no way that they could not be together after high school was over. However as most young men who think they are in love it is not really true. After they had left high school they started to want to head into different directions in life. They decided they were going to try the long distance thing for a little while when they were both going to separate post secondary schools. However that soon to prove that their love for each other could not survive that and ended up breaking it off with one another.

Arihiro was in school to learn about how to be a teacher or maybe a principle some day. Arihiro did not really want to miss the school life so he continued with his schooling. Post Secondary school proved to be even more better then life in high school. Sure he had more responsibilities to care to now but he also had more freedom to make his own decisions now which he just could not pass that up. Arihiro soon finished his schooling and had went into teaching for a public school. As he was teaching there he was not really enjoying it as much as he would like so he had started to search for other teaching jobs thinking maybe he just was not happy where he was at the time. That was when he soon came into Munkun Academy. He was not the headmaster at first to this school. It was not in till he befriended the headmaster at that time that he started to want to become some sort of headmaster.

Arihiro learned everything he needed to know about being an headmaster by the previous headmaster. Who had decided to retire and then Arihiro was promoted as his last act before leaving the school forever. That was how Arihiro found himself to the spot that he is in now. He is the headmaster to a popular private school that was one of the more higher end ranking schools to send your children to. Arihiro quite enjoys where he is standing now and could not think of leaving this place any time soon.
