Personality: Ruska is what could be called the strong and silent type as he prefers to talk as little as possible. He finds that it keeps him out of a lot of trouble that he might otherwise get because of his unique appearance and the lack of understanding that he seems to get from it. He also tends be quiet around people because of a deep lack of trust that has for people, finding that his life is easier when he keeps everyone at arms distance. Ruska also finds that by talking less and listening more, he learns more about things that are going on or about people then he would if he had stopped to actually talk to the person. His usually quiet person also allows him to fly under the radar and attract as little attention to himself as possible, once again making his life simple. Unlike some of Ruska's more... ambitious classmates, he does not particularly care for the fame and the spot light that over achieving and such brings. This does not mean that Ruska does not strive for high grades, as he does, but rather that he does not want like it to be overly publicized so that he can, again, fly under the radar and low profile.
The most apparent thing about Ruska would be his lack of confidence of any kind. He often sabotages himself when he is doing something because of his not believing in himself, even the though the task my be simple and something that Ruska can easily accomplish. His lack of confidence and his desire to remain as unknown and low profile as possible causes him to be very introverted. So much so that he would rather stay as far away from people as he can at school, even asking if he can work by himself if a group project presents itself. This introverted behavior is only happens around the school, as his job at the local coffee place requires him to be good with people which he is, though a little subdued and even shy. As one might have noticed, Ruska's people skills are lacking in all categories but because of how hard it is to approach him, many people mistake it for arrogance or him being stuck up. He talks to no one and no one talks to him and he has come to like it like that.
This is not to say that Ruska does not have his share of bad habits, quite the opposite actually. Because of his troubled past, Ruska tends to stray into the drink once and a while in a vain attempt to drown his troubles, though the relief is only temporary. Though he has never shown up to work or school while intoxicated but he has shown up with massive hangovers, though because of his normal messy appearance, no one ever seems to notice. Ruska also has a thing for girls but he is not shallow and prefers the ones with substance as well. But to that end, it really doesn't matter as he is far to shy to actually take a chance and talk to anyone, girls especially.

History: Ruska Schirach was born in Berlin, Germany, the son of Haie and Rada Schirach. His parents were both very successful in their careers. Have Schirach, Ruska’s father, was the Vice President of the National Corporation Armex industrias (Armex Industries). This corporation was responsible for various military, police, and private security contracts and provided them with arms and other such equipment. Rada Schirach, Ruska’s mother, had was a criminal defense lawyer and took cases all over Germany, taking her far from home at times. As one might have expected with Ruska’s young age, they lowered their workloads in order to spend time with him. Even as he grew, both parents still made sure that they were able to see him as much as they could even if it meant more work for them.
Ruska’s early life was fairly mundane and uninteresting. Though his family was very well off, they lived in a large but still modest home in the suburbs near the outskirts of the city. Despite the impressive earnings of both his parents, they did not splurge on things that were unnecessary such as the large houses and expensive cars, instead preferring to keep everything as low profile and normal as they could. The family was widely known amongst their neighbors and well liked as well and were often seen at parties and outings. That is not to say that they did not like their privacy for they did. From the time that Ruska was young, he was told that nothing that goes on in their home was to be talked about outside of it. Other than that, his life is very normal and uninteresting. He attended a public school and was popular, a good student with high grades and a surprisingly good athlete being able to play almost any sport with relative ease. That all changed in the 8th grade.
It was Ruska’s birthday and his parents were coming home together after having gotten his gift. Because of this, Ruska was the only one that was home and was, of course, eagerly awaiting their arrival. When the finally saw the car lights he got up, ran to the door and ran outside. Haie had been driving and parked the car on the far side of the street so they had to cross in order to get to Ruska who was standing in the drive way. In Rada’s hand was a small box with his present in it and Ruska was able to see if from the driveway. Unfortunately, none of them noticed the car that had rather shakily turned onto the road until it was far to late. In a matter of seconds, the car hit and killed both Haie and Rada right in front of Ruska and then proceeded to speed off. Someone saw it happen and notified the authorities but by the time they got there, it was too late. From the time his parents were hit to the time their bodies were loaded up and take away, Ruska did not move, instead he simply stared at the now open present lying on the road. It was a small pendant.
When this happened, Ruska’s last year of public school was over and what an ending it had been. With both of his parent’s dead, Ruska was sent off to the next of kin, an Uncle on his mothers side. The Uncle was a man by the name of Max Westhus and though he did not live in Germany or Europe for that matter, it was decided that he would be the one that was to take care of Ruska. This Uncle was then notified and came to get Ruska and with him, they returned to China. Max lived in a small town by the name of Haushi and it was a very nice town in all respects. Because his public school days were over, Max enrolled Ruska in the secondary school there. It was a very high-class private school by the name of Munkun Academy and would be where Ruska would spend the majority of his time over the next four years. After the deaths of his parents, Ruska had all but stopped talking to anyone unless it was absolutely necessary. Despite this, Ruska’s academic performance did not waver and instead, improved. He was not a particularlyl popular student nor was he involved in sports of any kind. It was also in this first year that he got the two tattoos underneath his eyes, giving the appearance that he is crying.
The rest of his secondary school career was dull and normal. His marks remained high while he remains plane and unnoticed. With his last year starting, maybe something different will happen or maybe not.
